Susan Mckinnon
Susan McKinnon (Estados Unidos, 1949).
Destacada antropóloga cultural cuyos intereses se enfocan en el género, el parentesco y la teoría antropológica. Es profesora del Departamento de Antropología en la Universidad de Virginia. Entre sus obras se cuentan Relative Values: Reconfiguring Kinship Studies (en coautoría con Sarah Franklin, 2001) y From a Shattered Sun: Hierarchy, Gender, and Alliance in the Tanimbar Islands (1991). Asimismo, junto con Sydel Silverman, es editora de Complexities: Beyond Nature and Nurture (2005).
