Laurence H. Tribe

Laurence H. Tribe (Shanghai, China, 1941).
Es profesor de Derecho constitucional de la Escuela de Leyes de la Universidad de Harvard y de la Universidad Carl M. Loeb. Es un destacado abogado de apelaciones, así como un distinguido académico; en 2010 fue nombrado por el presidente Obama y el fiscal general Holder para servir como asesor principal de la Presidencia en Acceso a la Justicia. Actualmente se desempeña como miembro de la Comisión Presidencial sobre Becas de la Casa Blanca.
Ha escrito 115 libros y artículos, incluyendo su tratado American Constitutional Law, citado más que cualquier otro texto legal estadunidense desde 1950. Es autor de The Invisible Constitution (2008), On Reading the Constitution (en coautoría con Michael Dorf, 1991), Constitutional Choices (1985), entre otras publicaciones.
